The oldest view
You probably remember one of my obsessions, which is to say that cinema, as we know it, is dead or about to die?
Well, here’s further proof – in the form of a dazzling new film.
This series was made by a very young man – all by himself.
It’s brilliant – it’s intelligent – it only takes one head to do it all…. and it shows – or should show – the big industry professionals that they’re going to have to get a move on if they don’t want to disappear with the wave.
And it proves by 9 what I’ve been rambling about since 2017 … bah yes: the more time passes, the easier it is to use visual/virtual digital technologies without it costing 3 arms and 6 ears.
His script would have been rejected: too expensive, not interesting, what’s the story ????
While the story unfolds masterfully – with great finesse (and yet I hate the horror genre – but here nothing is gratuitous) and this brilliant young man deals with the theme of memory, the memory of others, of what we leave as a trace in the world, with masterly finesse!

This is where the future lies.
I’ll let you watch the whole series – it’s really worth it – and even take the time to discover the consequences: all the others who got caught up in the interpretation.
