I’ve stumbled upon a whole cavern of incredible true stories related to the sea, the law of the sea, the zany and extravagant who have played with territorial and international waters – I’m delighted.

I’ll have to pick one to tell you – the most epic and whimsical one – and I’ll be sure to share it with you.

Yes yes I am still in Altair waters and the mechanics I am putting together are a marvel, not to brag.
At least, that’s what I find today.
