When art makes you laugh and makes you want to live, what’s more beautiful?
I thought about this post admiring (still) Gav’s photographs, especially one where one of his daughters is playing in the leaves
And autumn becomes magical
By the joy of his daughter
And by the art of his father
As far as the performing arts are concerned, we have plenty of shows that give us a lot of joy and excitement.
Of course, I have to (yes I do) share few minutes from Black Cat White Cat, a film about love, joy, madness, burlesque, these little pleasures that nature offers us, water, youth
All comedies of the theatre will be invited: Aristophanes who watch his characters have problems stomach in the middle of the stage – in the Assemblywomen, Moliere (yes, France always) who plays with misers, hypocrites , intellectual impostors, bad doctors – it’s all good to make fun of those who take themselves so seriously that they would easily send you to the graveyard.
The dance will be there too, you know the one that amazes us: Alice in Wonderland ( by the Royal Ballet, it was … magical)
The one that makes us dance – or, at least, try :
The opera – yes, sometimes we laugh at the opera. Often.
La Grande duchesse de Gérolstein is a funny opera :
Even without directing, Miss Patricia JANEČKOVÁ manages to make us laugh, while deploying a technique and a fabulous art, in the very famous air: “The birds in the Charmille ‘from “Tales of Hoffmann” – Opera.
We will speak of love – obviously – but of those loves that triumph in the end !
And when we talk about joie de vivre, we also talk about these new circuses made of everyday objects – so here I want to see the Phare Circus :
Obviously, it will take music to amaze all this festival
Joyful music, love music, rhythmic music, music that tells us what we have good :
In a word, this theme will be made to make us want to laugh and to love.

Thank you so much, I am learning to be proud of what I’m creating! 😊. I’m so pleased you found that in the image, autumn is so often cast as the end of summer, but it’s not the end of anything, it’s the start of colour and a carpet of leaves and crisp fun filled mornings! 🤗
